Kiana Sim - Opal Moon
I was worried this book would never come in as it took longer than the others to arrive. Once it did come in, I opened it to see how the first few pages would draw me and, and draw me in it did! I could not put this book down! I happen to be a fan of forbidden loves and this one sure did come with all the twists and turns that follow. I would recommened this book to others, but warn them that there are some scenes in this book which some may not be able to stomach as others would. It makes you very sad to think people might have once have to live the way that they do.

The Ripple Effect - S. Lee Kanner
I read the ripple effect and this book seemed to carry on and on about the same questions. It was very repetitive and I thought it would have a plot twist to it, but it didn't quite pick up as I thought it would. To me, there was more conversations in this book, but not much material to it. It was hard to finish this novel, the description to it made it seem very intense and one that I would not be able to put down.

Getting the book in the mail was a bit daunting for me, having to try and finish this big book in a month would seem an impossible task, but once I cracked the book open and started getting lost in the pages, I barely made my deadline =).
The way the author weaved the characters in the novel as they tried to separate themselves from each other was an amusing task in my opinion. Trying to make a name for themselves, but can't seem to shake the fact that they are who they are.

This book pulls at your heart strings with what the detective has to uncover.http://dorrance.stores.yahoo.net/

When I first received my copy of The Seer in the mail, i knew it would be difficult for me to begin reading the book because it was not the normal novel size, but it was bigger than a magazine, no way it would fit in my purse.
I did open the book and try to immerse myself into the story. The characters didn't really have time to develop for me and parts of the story seemed really rushed to me. On the back of the book it did say the author started writing when she was in the sixth grade. I felt like I was reading a book by a sixth grader.
